Playgroup and Sitting up

Mommy and Logan love going to playgroup every other Friday! It is a great time to catch up with friends and get the scoop on what is new and what works in the world of babies. We got a group photo and some great pictures of almost all the babies together! We missed you Flo and Sofia.
Logan has been working on sitting up by himself and he was showing off at playgroup today! He sat for several minutes at a time playing and watching the other babies.

Five months old

Now that Logan is five months old he is all about the friends, food and fun!

Four month appt (a bit late)

Logan had his four month appointment today only a few weeks past his four month birthday. He is now 16lbs and 15oz and just over 26 inches long. Everything looks good and Dr. Michaels was impressed with his strengeth after he grabbed her stethoscope and would not let go. He has quite a grip and holds on with both hands so it took the two of us to pull his little fingers loose.

First cereal

Today Logan ate his first meal of rice cereal! He loved it! You can see by the big smile that he enjoyes eating as much as his parents. He was wearing most of the food by the end but he enjoyed the small amount he managed to get in his tummy. He has been watching us eat with envy for at least the last few weeks, and we wanted to wait until after traveling to start him on solids. We fed him and he seemed to say, "finally you are giving me what I was asking for!"

Logan's Baptism

Logan was Baptized in Roundup, MT where Daddy was baptized and where Mommy and Daddy were married. It was very special and Logan's Godparents, Great Aunt Toni (Tata Toni) and Uncle Don, were wonderful. Lots of family and friends were there for the special day and it was easy to see how blessed Logan is! It is a gift to be so loved and supported by so many friends and family!

First time in Montana

Logan made his first trip to Montana and he enjoyed dressing for the cool weather! He visited Roundup to meet all of Daddy's hometown friends and family. We also traveled up to Helena for Steve and Amanda's wedding. Brian enjoyed a few days on his own to hang out with Steve before the big day.

Paul & Julie's Wedding

Logan attended his first wedding! Daddy's cousin Julie and her husband Paul had a beautiful wedding on the big island. It was such an amazing location to start a life together! Logan was such a good boy for the wedding...he was enjoying the company and the atmosphere but he was wishing he could have had some of the meal!

What a good baby!

Logan did great on his flight to Hawaii! He slept about five of the eight hours and everyone kept saying, "What a good baby!" He was perfect on all of the flights to and from Hawaii and up to Montana too!
