We had a blessed holiday. We are so thankful for all of our blessings in 2011. The kids were so excited to have Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Derin with us for Christmas. We all missed Aunt Donna but it was amazing to be with our family for the holidays without the crazy holiday travel.

The Bowles side of the family always has a big Christmas Eve get together and this year it was all the fun with out the travel which made for happy kids and happy parents.

Phrases

Kaitlyn has had a vocabulary explosion in the last three weeks and today she said her first official phrase. She has had some two word combos but tonight she said "Here you go," as she gave him back a toy. Giving back the toy was impressive on its own and then she was using her words. She is so much fun. We LOVE being able to communicate with her. It makes life so much easier!
