Halloween 2011

Kaitlyn and I joined Logan for his preschool Halloween party. The kids were so cute! We trick or treated at a few of our neighbors and Logan loved talking to them all almost as much as he loved getting the candy. He had all kinds of questions for each neighbor about their house, their day or just what they were dressed up as. Kaitlyn made one stop but was quickly off to bed. She will be ready for next year!

Friends in TX Halloween party

We had quite an adventure in October. Logan and Mommy took a weekend driving trip to Texas while Daddy and Kaitlyn drove to Montana. I admit I was pretty nervous, espcially as we drove out of town on snow packed roads but it was a great trip. We had a fantastic time visiting some of our neighboorhood friends and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. It was a whirlwind tour with 26+ hours in the car but man did we have fun! Sorry that we didn't get to see all of our Dallas friends. Next time we will stay longer than two days.

It was a beautiful day at the zoo! Logan enjoyed seeing all the animals on the other side of the glass and the fence.
